• A.R.M.S. is a licensed billing agency.
• We are a subsidiary of A.R. Audit Services. We are not a collection agency.
• This needs to be done to fulfill the requirements of a billing agency:
  having a name, post office box, and telephone number separate and different from the parent collection agency.

• A written contract is required between A.R.M.S. and its clients.
• This contract must expressly state that the accounts placed with A.R.M.S. are not considered to be in default.
• The contract will also need to specifically state when the account is to be considered delinquent on the established arrangement.
• This contract, with your specific information, will be provided by A.R.M.S.

• Accounts may be electronically transmitted via FTP to our server with the Name, Address, Social Security Number, Date of Birth, Balance, Arrangement Amount, and Payment Date.
• We will electronically transmit an acknowledgement to you when each account is received.
